“If I’m going to sing like someone else, then I don’t need to sing at all.”
I'm Princess Poppycock, and this quote is from Billie Holiday. I feel as though it describes me perfectly, because I love to sing, and I believe everyone is unique and an individual.

My wonderful fellow mod Andrea posted about the price of pregnancy. That focuses on just the monetary cost of pregnancy, and how financial stability or lack of it can often be a factor in the decision to abort.
I feel as if people don’t always realize that not only do the medical bills add up…
Short-term effects of first trimester abortion:
- between $500 and $3,000
- excessive bleeding
- blood clots
- pelvic infection
- ruptured ectopic pregnancy
- fever
- chills
- dizziness/fainting
- vomiting
- incomplete abortion
- (rarely) death
Long-term side effects of first trimester abortion:
- higher rate of substance abuse
- higher rate for breast cancer (drop in estrogen levels to breast cells)
- infertility or
- scarred uterus leading to higher rate of miscarriage in future pregnancies
- higher rate of ectopic pregnancy (in fallopian tube, etc.)
- higher risk for breast cancer
- death of mother
- depression/suicide
- dead baby
Side effects of second trimester abortion:
- between $600 and $10,000
- infections
- sepsis
- blood clots (leading to sepsis as well)
- ruptured/perforated uterus
- possible surgery to repair/remove uterus
- higher risk for ectopic pregnancies
- infertility
- miscarriages
- depression/suicide
- anxiety
- fever
- chills
- fainting
- higher risk for breast cancer
- pelvic inflammation
- incomplete abortion (one woman had a head pop out on her bathroom floor)
- death of mother
- dead baby
Effects of giving birth:
- vanity issues (stretch marks, easily fixed with creams, etc.)
- “severe scarring” (my mom had a c-section twice, her scars are gone after 2 years and she’s 43…)
- no dead baby
- no emotional trauma that will haunt you for the rest of your life
- no “unwanted” child (for every 1 child up for adoption there are 40 people waiting to adopt. They just don’t have 50,000 dollars in their pockets!)
- Birth will be covered at least partially, abortion and the complications that follow will not because prolife Americans won’t pay for your assassinations.

I personally think that abortion is evil. It is murder, no matter what people may say about the fetus not actually being alive until the 8th week of gestation.
Rape.
Poverty.
Incest.
These are some of the many reasons for abortion. I don’t think these are good reasons for an abortion at all. There’s always the option for adoption. The family who is adopting the child will pay for all pregnancy expenses, so it would be of no cost for the pregnant woman. It would also be giving the child a better life, one you might have never been able to give them. In almost all cases, women who chose abortion suffer from nightmares, loss of self-esteem, anxiety attacks, guilt, remorse, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, inability to enjoy previously enjoyable activities, social and relational breakdown, sexual dysfunction, depression, and suicide. All in all, post abortive Women are 8 times more likely to visit a psychiatrist than women who deliver their babies. Abortion s never good. Abortion can never be undone.
hahahahahaha :)
When men repeatedly make sexist jokes about women and we don’t like it: We are whiny, we’re being too sensitive and we can’t handle “harmless” jokes.
But when a woman makes a joke about men: “you’re just a stupid feminazi who hates men!!!!!!”
